Where do you source replacement parts?
All replacement parts will be discussed before works carried , usually we replace parts like for like unless an upgrade is required or the customers specify otherwise. smaller components can be sourced from independent small businesses such as bearings and bushings and are of the highest quality.Replacement parts for shocks and forks are always genuine part ,however some of our parts can be made to order or custom made to fit your desired bike such as axles and any bolts.
How long does your repair service take?
Usually we aim to have your bike ready for you the same day and for smaller jobs we can usually carry out the works as you relax in the seating area in the workshop , we have refreshments and entertainment while you wait . Other Jobs requiring specialist parts may take a little longer but we always make a point of keeping our customers aware of any changes to the time frame .Custom wrap jobs and paint repair can also be a matter of days as for materials to cure under heart to complete the process.
